🎯 Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

The BICTE program welcomes students from any academic stream (Science, Management, Education, Humanities) who meet the following requirements:

  • Successfully completed Grade 12 (or equivalent 12 years of schooling) from a recognized board.
  • Secured a minimum of a 'C' grade in all subjects with a CGPA of 2.0 or higher.
  • Alternatively: Secured at least a Second Division in 10+2/PCL.

📝 The Entrance Examination (CEAT) Syllabus

To enroll, all applicants must pass the Central Education Admission Test (CEAT) conducted by the TU Faculty of Education.

The exam is a 100-mark objective test (multiple-choice questions). You must secure at least 40% to pass. The syllabus is structured to test your foundational aptitude across four key areas:

  • ICT Skill Test (40%): Basic computer science, digital literacy, and technical knowledge.
  • Mathematical Test (25%): Logical reasoning and fundamental mathematics.
  • Educational General Knowledge (20%): General awareness of the education sector and teaching aptitude.
  • English Skill (15%): Language comprehension, vocabulary, and basic grammar.

📂 How to Fill Out the Admission Form

Securing your exam admit card is a simple, step-by-step process. You can complete your registration online via the TU portal or by visiting the Sukuna Multiple Campus admission desk.

Step 1: Gather Your Documents Ensure you have clear copies (or scanned files for online submission) of the following:

  • 2 recent Passport-sized photographs
  • SEE/SLC Grade-sheet and Character Certificate
  • Grade 11 & 12 (or +2) Transcripts, Provisional Certificate, and Character Certificate
  • Original Migration Certificate
  • Citizenship Certificate (or valid ID)

Step 2: Submit the Application & Fee Fill out the central CEAT application form. You will need to pay the designated entrance examination fee (via eSewa, Khalti, or bank deposit) as outlined in the current admission notice.

Step 3: Collect Your Admit Card Once your documents and payment voucher are verified, your official Entrance Admit Card will be generated. Keep this safe, as it is strictly required to enter the examination hall.
